The 25th Annual James Beard Foundation Awards took place in May 2015 at the Lyric Opera of Chicago, the first time in the history of the awards that event took place outside New York City. Bringing the celebration to Chicago is an extension of its continuing efforts to recognize the exciting array of food scenes across America.
